What Solve is for
Most careers run on companies other people own. The label holds the masters and the promoter holds the audience. Solve was set up in 2017 to reverse that: we build and run the company behind the work, so the person who creates the value owns it.
How we work
We work the way an architect works. On each mandate we design how the companies, the IP, and the ventures fit together, bring in specialists to build each part, and hold that design through to the end. The structure is the product, and it stays under one roof.
The test we set ourselves
The test has not changed since 2017. A client should finish the work in control, secure, and protected, with a business that outlasts any single release.
