Our founder pursued a career in music, from busking on the streets of London to performing at the Formula 1 Singapore Grand Prix. It didn't unfold quite as he'd hoped, but life as an artist gave him a firsthand understanding of the industry.

As a Singapore-qualified lawyer, Sam Padbidri saw an opportunity to bring specialist music and entertainment legal expertise to Asia. So he founded Solve in Singapore to meet that need.

Our work quickly revealed needs beyond legal support: companies to structure, commercial opportunities to develop, and businesses to run. Solve grew in response, bringing law and business together.
